It's a cozy villa with a well equipped kitchen and a roomy screened in porch for relaxing.The villa has one private bedroom, one loft bedroom and a large sofa, two full baths, and a washing machine, dryer, and clothes line. The secure neighborhood includes a wonderful little square that includes a fantastic Italian restaurant and bar, an incredible bakery, a fish market, sausage maker, barber shop, cooking school, and a travel agent. The neighborhood is well maintained by gardeners and contains beautiful foliage and mature trees including Banana, Mango, and even star fruit. There are many excellent restaurants nearby as well as grocery stores and recreational options.
Potrero is a sleepy low-stress community surrounded by many wonderful beaches and only a short 30 minute drive to the beautiful, bustling beach town of Tamarindo.
