Ladera del Mar is a gated residential community on the hillside just north of Playas del Coco, offering a peaceful setting with easy access to the area's beaches, restaurants and everyday conveniences. The community is approximately 30 minutes from Guanacaste International Airport (LIR), and Playas del Coco is just 8 minutes away by car.
Playas del Coco is one of Guanacaste's liveliest coastal communities, with supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, bars, shops and local services. The beach and beachfront restaurants are just a few minutes farther, while Coco is also a popular departure point for scuba diving, sport fishing and sightseeing tours. Casa Gran Vista is a comfortable two-level villa designed for couples, friends or a small family who want the space and privacy of a home without needing four or five bedrooms. The main level features an open living area, fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar and dining space, along with a spacious king suite that opens directly toward the pool terrace. Large windows and doors bring in plenty of natural light and frame views of the Pacific and surrounding hills.
Upstairs, the second king suite offers even more expansive ocean and mountain views, a private bathroom and access to a covered terrace that's perfect for morning coffee or sunset drinks. A separate bonus room provides a quiet space for yoga, meditation or a little bodyweight training.
Outside, the private pool is surrounded by lush tropical landscaping and comfortable lounging areas, with covered outdoor spaces for dining and relaxing. The pool can be heated, making it an especially nice feature during the cooler months when an unheated pool can feel a little less inviting.
