The Oceanica complex has 24/7 security, a large swimming pool, and BBQ area. Flamingo beach and the new Flamingo marina are both a 5 minute walk down the hill. There are stairs and railing to help you walk if you do not wish to drive. There are many great restaurants, a grocery store, and a pharmacy also within walking distance. The condo is conveniently 45 minutes from the Liberia airport. It's a perfect place to experience Pura Vida!
There is a well equipped kitchen. The spacious dining room has a table for 6, and a breakfast bar for 4. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and an en suite bathroom.
