The property provides 2 stunning, ocean view swimming pools, an exercise room, ample secured parking, 3 outdoor showers, and plenty of deck space with tables, chairs, and lounge chairs for those days you want to stay close to home around the pools. The white sand beach of Playa Flamingo or soft sand of Playa Potrero are only a short 5 minute walk and offer some of the most beautiful beaches in all of Guanacaste.

The quiet, private bedroom has a king pillowtop bed, remote controlled modern A/C unit, ceiling fan, and 3 closets.
The bathroom provides a huge walk-in tiled tall shower, toilet, granite vanity with sink, hair dryer and straightener, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, pool towels, and an in unit washer/dryer so you don't have to over pack.
The new kitchen contains custom made cabinetry with granite counter tops, a full size refrigerator with ice maker (no need to fill ice trays all day long here), full size stove/oven, microwave, blender, rice cooker, coffee pot, toaster oven, and all the silverware, plates, cups, glass ware, bakeware, and storage containers you will need.
The dining area has a beautiful Costa Rican wood table with 6 padded chairs and ceiling fan.
The living area is open to the kitchen and dining area and has a ceiling fan and a second, very powerful remote controlled A/C unit to keep the entire condo extremely comfortable. The fold out couch and love seat provide ample seating for enjoying time together watching the 50 inch, Smart LED TV. If you need additional sleeping arrangements, the couch folds out to a bed. You will find games, cards, and books in the closet for your use as well. We have beach chairs, cooler, sand umbrellas and boogie boards to help make the beach days more relaxing.
The Flamingo marina and boat launch are very close so the boating opportunities are limitless, whether you want to go for a sunset cruise, or try for that record setting Mahi Mahi, Marlin or Sailfish. Jet skis, banana tube rides, kayaking, paddle boarding, diving, snorkeling, horseback riding and swimming are readily available. Tour companies, pharmacies, restaurants and eateries, bars, car rentals, golf carts, mini mart grocery store, real estate offices (just in case you catch the bug) are all found within a block of the condo.
