This beautiful property is perfect for large or multiple families. Only a ten minute, flat walk to the pristine beach of Esterillos Este. All the amenities, screened patio with bbq looks out to the massive pool. Lounging areas around the pool and in the plush garden. Only 1.5 hours from San Jose, 20 minutes from Jaco, 45 minutes from Quepos.

This is very easy to maintain by ensuring the air conditioners are turned off when you are not using the rooms or out of the house. We will take a meter reading at check in and another at check out. Any usage over 40 KWh per day will be charged at $0.20 per kWh. This amount will be requested through AIRBNB under the Security Deposit claim procedure.
