The villa's floor-to-ceiling windows and wraparound terraces invite ocean breezes and jaw-dropping views into every room. From the golden afternoon light on the terrace to the peaceful morning sun over the mountains, this home has serenity and sophistication from every angle.
Inside, you'll find an expansive open-concept layout with high-end finishes and tasteful decor throughout. The spacious kitchen features sleek appliances, a cooktop range, a Corian island, breakfast bar, and a separate pantry with a fridge-freezer and filtered water system. The dining table, with a powder-coated aluminum frame and slate finish, seats six and is surrounded by walls of glass showcasing views of Potrero Bay.
Each of the five bedrooms is beautifully appointed with hotel-quality linens, plush mattresses, and ocean or garden views. Three rooms have king-sized beds, while two others feature twin beds that can be converted into kings for flexible sleeping arrangements. Four of the five bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, complete with double vanities, walk-in showers, and modern, upscale finishes. The master suite is a true showstopper, with a wall of glass facing the sea and a private ocean-view shower that feels straight out of a magazine.
Step outside and enjoy expansive outdoor living areas with tiled terraces, sleek patio furniture, and upper balconies with loungers, high-top tables, and panoramic views. No pets policy
Please note that this property is not pet-friendly due to house and condominium rules. No exceptions will be made, and emotional support animals are not permitted. If guests arrive at check-in with pets that have not been verified and approved, access to the property will be denied.

You will be contacted via email, text, or app notification with instructions to complete this process. As part of the verification, you will need to choose between paying a refundable security deposit (which includes a non-refundable 2% processing fee) or purchasing a non-refundable damage waiver, which protects you in case of accidental damage during your stay. We strongly recommend the damage waiver, as it provides peace of mind and avoids tying up funds with a deposit. Both the TRUVI verification and your selection of either the deposit or the damage waiver must be completed prior to your arrival. Our agents will be happy to assist you with renting a car, giving you the freedom to explore the area where you want, when you want. For short drives to nearby towns or beaches, golf carts are another popular mode of transportation. You can also rent a bicycle to ride around in town or beyond.
We can arrange transfers to and from the airport. Rental cars can also be delivered to your property at no additional cost, allowing you to relax and enjoy the scenery as our private van drives you here from the airport.
Taxis are available but can be a bit hard to find. Many locals use buses to get around, though there are a limited number of routes and times of day when you can catch them. Private shuttles can be a great option for traveling to nearby destinations, and many tour companies offer transportation to and from the tour.
