Casa M2 is a brand-new home in the heart of the village at Playa Grande. Walk to restaurants and cafés, surf shops, a micro-brewery, yoga, tennis, and of course to the beach!
This private and fully equipped vacation home is ready to welcome your group or family with four bedrooms and three bathrooms arranged in a stunning glass-walled courtyard style setting.
Indoor and outdoor living blend seamlessly in this mid-century modern inspired design, with deep cantilevered overhangs framing the pool area, 12-foot teak ceilings, and a spacious central living area with a mix of plush and stylish furnishings.
Polished concrete floors, native laurel wood and teak millwork, and gleaming quartz surfaces harmonise the space. The large kitchen island is a focal point for entertaining, along with the adjacent indoor/outdoor bar area.
From the living room, double glass sliders open out to the large poolside covered terrace with a teak dining table for ten guests, perfect for al fresco dining cooled by overhead fans.
The outdoor living area is 70% under cover, and the yard is shaded or partially shaded for most of the day, which is appreciated after a hot day at the beach! There are also multiple loungers to simply relax with a book or enjoy a cocktail. The property is beautifully landscaped with local flora, palms and grasses. There is an outdoor shower, and foot-rinsing station too.
The pool is 1.45 meters deep with a staircase entry located opposite the main patio area. It is significantly larger than a standard resort-style plunge pool, and with has nighttime illumination makes a great addition to tropical evening ambiance.
Three of the four bedrooms are in the main building, with a triple-bunk room, and a king bed guestroom, as well as a king bed principal suite and two full bathrooms with glass shower enclosures. The casita has a king bed and its own three-piece bath. All bedrooms have floor-to celling glass sliding doors and their own AC units.
Amenities include a 65-inch smart TV and sound bar/woofer with Bluetooth connectivity to your own music devices. The TV is pre-loaded with many popular streaming apps such as Netflix, Prime, Disney and YouTube.
Kitchen equipment includes an oven with induction range top, a double doored fridge with icemaker and chilled water dispenser, and a beverage fridge near the bar area. Coffee maker, espresso machine, kettle, blender, bullet and four-slice toaster are provided. Knives are Henkels, and pots and pans are Canadian-made Paderno riveted and welded pieces. The laundry has a full-sized washer and dryer.
For your privacy Casa M2 is fully walled with an automated front gate and safe, secure parking for two cars. There is a two-stage alarm system and electronic combination safe for your security.
