It is within a short 5 minute walk to a beautiful, pristine surfing beach, several great restaurants, bars, rentals of surfboards, beach chairs, bicycles and even a small grocery store is only a short walk from the house. Tiled roof, floors and counter tops throughout. Relax on the covered patio where Iguanas and colorful birds perch and may be coaxed to eat from your hand (if you are patient enough). Monkeys often frequent our trees. Also, within walking distance, a beautiful estuary provides fishing, boating, and offers a water taxi (5 minute boat ride to Tamarindo for dining, dancing, gambling, shopping and souviners). You may also choose to walk to Tamarindo via the beach (possible only at very low tide or take a very short boat taxi ride ) . Dual vanities in bathroom. Maid service 1 x per week. AWESOME BEACH!!!!!
