The golden sands of Playa Grande are just a few steps away along the sandy path off of your backyard.
Our unique bungalow allows one to experience the Swell Life, which is what we call our bungalow. The beach has something for everyone: sunsets, long walks, surf, wildlife, fishing, sailing, etc. Playa Grande offers nature at its best, as well as world class surfing and sport fishing or sailing trips close by.
The open kitchen features vaulted ceilings, and a wood breakfast bar that can seat up to 6 people. This kitchen space is fully equipped with brand new appliances such as refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender and overlooks the living area.
The home has many windows that let in the light and some of the windows in the home also offer views of the ocean.
This large living space features vaulted ceilings, built-in bench seating, as well as various types of tropical lounge chairs and a large flat screen SMART TV. Every space includes an a/c unit. From the living room central space you have access to all bedrooms and the outdoor front garden and patio.
The center two bedrooms each feature king size beds, new comfortable mattresses, large windows, vaulted ceilings, closet and counter space. Both rooms have their own a/c unit & ceiling fan.
In between these two bedrooms, there is the main bathroom which is all new as well. Double sinks, a beautiful shower, toilet and hot water.
The third bedroom is the latest addition to Casa Swell Life. Equipped with a new king size bed and mattress, an a/c unit and ceiling fan. This area features a large entryway with great wood features and unique Central American artwork.
Shared laundry space including both washer and dryer.
Shared gas BBQ grilling area and outdoor table.
Just off the backyard is the short sandy path to the beach. Take a refreshing morning stroll, check the waves or just sit back and take in the picturesque sunset.
Playa Grande boasts golden sands, beautiful sunsets, Leatherback turtle nesting and world class waves. All of this is just outside your back door!
We have private parking and also off-street parking.
We are located in Palm beach Estates, Playa Grande which is a small gated community that sites between the estuary and the ocean. Our area is great, and safe to walk around in, and you can get to Tamarindo within 20 minutes by walking and taking a boat taxi (limited hours available). We do recommend having a rental car though in case you want to get out and explore on your own. If you decide against a rental car, we have a full concierge service to offer to find you a taxi or shuttle. You could also rent bikes and get almost everywhere with them at a nice casual pace.
