This is a charming1940's Farm House. It has big windows in every room for watching wildlife and a screened porch with a swing for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful outdoors! It is located just off Interstate 59 half way between Meridian, Mississippi and Laurel, Mississippi. The property is just 22 minutes from Hwy 45 which is a direct corridor to the beach! From this property you are about an hour and a half to Biloxi, MS. The house has a large fenced in back yard for pets and children to play. In addition to the screened porch it has 2 outdoor decks. The house has a king bedroom, a full size bedroom and a bedroom with twin beds. It can accommodate 7 people. It has 2 carports and plenty of room to park multiple vehicles. It has a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room with washer and dryer. All linens, towels, dishes, pots and pans and cooking utensils are furnished. Summary: I had a wonderful time at your house. I spent the mornings sitting on the swing watching the sunrise. It reminded me so much of my grandparents' house in New Hampshire minus the farm animals. Simple but pleasantly comfortable! Thank you!!
