Summary: The unit was a great layout, nicely stocked and very clean. The only issues I had on my trip were: - We asked the host if we could have a local friend over for a few hours to hang out (not stay the night). Despite the fact it was just 2 of us renting a 4-person suite, our request was declined because anything more than a few minutes would be considered 'a gathering'. - Meanwhile, the guests in the suite above were dropping things, walking around in shoes, and loudly talking until 2am each night. This isn't the host's fault, it's just what you should expect when renting the bottom floor of a multi-family unit, but it felt even worse after being told we couldn't even have a friend over to hang out. - Lastly, we asked if we could have a late checkout. We were told he would get back to us by 8am the following day. We never heard back, and ended up leaving earlier than we were hoping. Great unit; we'd stay again and would recommend. However just be aware of what to expect as per above. Should also mention, the area around the unit was fairly sketchy; it didn't bother us but might not be the right fit for a family with young kids. Parking was very easy to find on the street.
