Guest Access:
Your private entrance is in the back of the house, and you will have the entire studio to yourselves. Free parking available for compact cars ONLY, but there is unrestricted street parking available around the home too!
The Neighborhood:
Edgewood is located in the northeast area of DC. The house is only 5-10 minutes walking distance to the metro, the new Alamo cinema, metro bar, city brew, the drop inn restaurant and bar and much more! Rent a bike or scooter and move around the city.
Getting Around:
Parking behind the house is included at no additional cost. There are two Capital Bike share stations near by and the metro is only 10 minutes walking distance away. There are usually several scooters always available for rent a block away.

Please keep in mind that the unit décor might change from time to time to keep the unit always great for our guests.
We do our very best to deliver a clean and fully stocked unit. If for some reason we failed to deliver, please notify us as soon as you arrive so we can have the opportunity to make it right.
If you are not familiar with studio apartments in DC, is a small apartment in which the normal functions of a number of rooms – often the living room, bedroom, and kitchen – are combined into a single room. The basements can be cold, specially during the winter months. We offer a space heather for your convenience.
The futon will be set up with an additional topper and sheets only on reservations for 3 guests.
Pet is allowed, but there will be an additional non-refundable pet fee of $80.00 per pet per stay for a maximum of a five (5) night stay for the extra work involved in the cleaning and other related services related to the pet(s). Also, if your stay is more than five (5) nights, a fee of $10 per additional night per pet will apply.
