Built in 2016 and oozing charm, this historic-style bungalow is light and airy! There are 3 bedrooms (1 king room/I queen room/1 kids room w a full bed) and 2.5 baths (1 half bath, 1 tub/shower combo and 1 shower only in the Master). Full kitchen, great porch and fenced front yard. 1800sf for you to feel at home. We are located in a small town named Burns but just a 30 minute drive to Nashville. With Montgomery Bell State Park's entrance 10 mins up the road, the neighboring town of Dickson 5 miles away with every store and resource you'll need, and our few local spots for shopping and eating, you'll find just the right amount of activity!

You have access to the entire house, approximately 1800 square feet, other than the upstairs, which is just a Storage Room.
Other things to note
-There is a RUNNING TRAIN track across the street, so please be aware!
-This is our primary residence but we rent out all summer and select holidays. Because of this, closets are locked up and most personal mementos are removed so you can feel comfortable during your stay!
