Nestled within a private oasis which takes advantage of the sun, with lake and mountain views, year-round, you’ll feel right at home at this Sunshine Bay property.
Arrive to a warm and rustic feel in this inviting open plan dining, kitchen, and contemporary lounge. Sit back and unwind in front of the classic gas fireplace.
To the right of the entrance is the fully equipped kitchen followed by the bathroom with separate bath and shower. Also on the ground level is the master bedroom – one with a queen-sized bed, separate heat pump, walk-in wardrobe, and garden access.
Packing the kids too? The lounge room features a reading nook with a gas fireplace, the perfect chillout spot for an evening at home with a glass of wine.
