When you walk through the front gate, please head directly to the outdoor shower and rinse all sand off of your body and bathing suit.
Do not enter the pool unless you have showered.
Do not track sand into the condo (shower outside before coming into the condo after being at the beach).
Please rinse off sandy clothes, bathing suits and towels in the OUTDOOR shower before bringing them into the condo or putting them in the washing machine. SAND CLOGS OUR PIPES AND DAMAGES OUR WASHER.
We beg you: save our pipes, appliances, mattresses, bedding and furniture: don`t bring sand into our condo.
Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind in the unit, or on community property.
No drugs of any kind are tolerated in unit or on condo community property.
We have a fragile septic system. Please do not throw paper of any kind (that includes toilet paper, tissue, feminine products, EVEN products that say `FLUSHABLE`) into the toilet. Use the bin provided.
