Seahorse house is a two story 4 bed house with spacious living area, comfortable rooms with a patio off the back that includes a wet bar, bathroom and outdoor shower for rinsing off yourself or your surfboards. Steps to the beautiful pool and clubhouse right off the back patio to take in the sun and relax or grab the team and play volleyball at our sand court. Our community also includes mini golf, a lap pool, basketball court, pickle ball court and our welcome guest of the beautiful Macaws. Upstairs patio overlooks the pool and tropical mountains views. Our community is still pretty new and there are still some houses being completed. There maybe some noise during the day but the work stops before sunset. Please be advised of this.
