Even the 4X4 road to the house is fun! Just minutes from the beach, there is an amazing 180 degree view of the ocean. Enjoy the local sightings of toucans, parrots, soaring hawks, several kinds of monkeys, coatis, blue morpho butterflies and many other wildlife visitors from the patio deck, while still being close to lots of activities and adventures. Have an action-packed vacation or just chill by the pool and read.
The house has an open, comfortable feeling with tile floors and beautiful wood ceilings and doors. The kitchen, dining room and living room all open to each other and the outdoors. Ceiling fans throughout the house keep the cooler mountain air moving. Downstairs there is a master bedroom suite with a king bed, full bath, and outdoor jungle shower. A full bathroom in living room. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and full bathand sweeping views from Manuel Antonio to OSA.
This is a family home, we are the original owners and we love to share this beautiful gem with others who might enjoy it. We have been renting it as well as using it with our family for over 20 years. Everything is provided including an onsite property manager for peace of mind You will find a well-equipped kitchen with large fridge with ice maker and filtered cold water. Beautiful showers with hot water and good water pressure/ shower heads. Large bedrooms with comfortable beds with quality mattresses and bedding.
