The screened porch includes a relaxing hot tub, multiple dining areas, and a cozy lounge with game tables, TVs, and a kitchenette—perfect for entertaining. A microwave and an electric grill, large capacity refrigerator is available on the 1st floor for your poolside snacks, drinks or grilling.
Step outside to the upper deck or the covered porch and take in stunning views of the waterway, Ideal for morning coffee or evening cocktails under the ambient lights. The sunsets and sunrises are spectacular!!
The Pool is perfect for lounging and relaxing!! FYI it’s not a lap pool lol The ocean is just a few miles away if you want to exercise!!
Large umbrellas are available for your use too! The pool can be heated for an extra fee. (Pool cannot be heated in the winter months. The hot tub can be heated if it’s above 50 degrees for a fee)

- Outdoor cameras are on the property! For safety/insurance concerns. They face the intracoastal waterway that overlooks the pool deck and dock and boat ramp. A camera also faces the entrance door access and may have a view of the hot tub. The parking lot and front of the house has camera coverage as well.
