Summary: When we arrived Mauricio greeted us, helped us check in, and also upgraded our room to the second level for free. The room is super big and clean. There’s a balcony and from it you can see/hear monkeys, macaws, parrots, iguanas, and so many more animals. We were also able to get reservations to Corcovado National Park through the person at the reception desk. At the end of the trip we were also able to get reception to call us a taxi within 5 minutes of needing it. It was a lovely hotel with friendly staff too.
