You`ll benefit from off-street parking **steep driveway. The house is located 6 miles (15 minutes) from downtown and 5 miles (10 minutes) from Southside flats. Stairs are essential to enter the house and access the bathroom and bedrooms - all of which are upstairs! And best of all there`s no cleaning chore list to worry about!
The main floor has a kitchen, large dining room, & living room. The second floor has a full bathroom and a King bedroom and a Queen bedroom. The third floor is a king bedroom with office space.
