Summary: It’s a nice property with a good rooftop bar and restaurant. The staff is super nice and friendly. My only gripe is that they try very hard to be upscale that at times becomes too much. For example, the check in process of choosing shampoos and getting the tour is a bit much. They also assign you a concierge that you can message for anything at anytime (or the concierge will message you to see if you need anything), which is nice but also seems like overkill. In general the hotel was great though. Would recommend it.
