Get ready for your “PERFEKTPAUSE” relax and make wonderful memories in this 5-bedroom/3 bath pool house in Clermont. Close to Disney and Universal Studios and plenty of beautiful Golf courses. This cool property boasts 1 spacious Master bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom with bathtub/shower combo, a 65 inch TV and a dedicated place to work, plenty of storage in the big walk-in closet. Second bedroom has a queen bed and a closet for storage space. The third bedroom has a queen bed, a 55 inch TV, a dedicated place to work and a closet for storage. The 2 theme kid's bedroom have both bunk beds (twin over full and 1 trundle) with plenty of storage and their own 55 inch TV. We also have a crib and a highchair at your disposal if needed. The 2 other bathrooms have showers, and are equipped with hair dryers and towels are provided. The living area is very spacious, and everyone can sit down and enjoy a nice movie on the big 85 inch TV. The dining area has a large table that can sit comfortably 8 people and there is also seating at the kitchen island. The Chef kitchen is spacious and perfect for making fabulous meals, it is completely furnished with everything you will need to cook and more! Convection/induction bran new range oven and the side-by-side fridge has ice and water dispenser. Coffee lovers will be pleased to have the choice with different kind of coffee machine: Nespresso, Keurig and drip coffee await :) A laundry room equipped with washer and dryer is at your disposal. The outdoor has an amazing big backyard to play outdoor games and a covered inground pool with pool accessories included (can be heated with a surcharge$) Nice patio area with big dining table and umbrellas for the sun, as we have sun all day long ) lounging chairs, hamac and a covered area with sofas to relax. BBQ grill at your disposal (25$ cleaning fee will be charged if used)Making it perfect for families or groups, guests will have all the comforts of home. Feel free to reach out to us during your stay - we're happy to suggest local spots to check out and fun things to do. There are beaches 1h15 min away if you want to take a break from the parks, we have beach chairs available, cooler and beach towels. If beaches are not your thing, and shopping is, well we have not one but 2 premium outlets nearby!!! So, fun for the whole family!!!! :)
