Welcome to our condo at Jacarandas Townhomes located within beautiful Rancho Villa Real, a luxurious and exclusive gated community, just 10 min from Tamarindo and the beach! Enjoy 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a small backyard with terrace and outdoor furniture, fully equipped kitchen, living spaces, and more! Our condo is brand new and just built, and you’ll be some of our first guests. All of the appliances and mattresses are brand new!
The community pool is conveniently located at the club house which is right across from our unit. Our home is ideal for a family trip, couples retreats, business travel, and more! Have an added sense of safety knowing our gated community has 24/7 security on site.
There are so many fun things to do in Villa Real! We have many popular attractions, including Black Stallion Eco Park & Estates, Canopy Vista Tamarindo, multiple nearby beaches, dining, horseback riding, shopping, and so much more.
IMPORTANT - The complex is still under construction, construction noise and workers will be present, project will take 6-8 months to complete (July 2023).
Traveling with little ones? We have a pack-n-play available on a first come, first served basis for $10/night. To ensure availability and have the pack-n-play set up and ready for your arrival, please let us know in advance if you'd like to rent it.

-We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and/or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
- Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1,500. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.
