Summary: Wilmington and this chalet were both wonderful getaways for my husband and I. The chalet was well equipped, comfortable and cozy and had the bonus of a fantastic location. We hiked Haystack and Hogsback, swam and paddle boarded in Harriman Reservoir, and explored the lovely town (Bartleby's bookstore, breweries, Dot's and Village Roost were our favorites). All was within minutes or a short drive from this chalet. Loved the availability of washer and dryer, comfortable and cozy couches, front porch seating with grill, hammock, well equipped kitchen. Oh and it was on the walking trail (Hoot, Toot) which led to one of Harriman's beaches and to town the other direction (when open, it was temporarily closed to make it more accessible). All in all a really nice and relaxing stay in a cozy place with lots to do (or not!). Thanks!
