As you stroll along the hallway, you'll discover an open-concept layout that combines the living, dining, and kitchen areas. The house has a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and marble stone, the dining features a table for six, and the colorful sofa is the right spot for a chat or a relaxing nap.
The master bedroom, located at the rear of the house, has a king size bed, an ample closet and an on-suite bathroom and Smart TVs, it features two large windows looking out to the back terrace, pool and garden. The other two bedrooms have a shared bathroom, queen size beds, and closet. Each room is equipped with A/C. Need a travel crib? No problem! Just reach out our concierge team to arrange one. Step outside and discover the expansive covered terrace for outdoor entertainment by the pool, with a gas BBQ grill, outdoor shower and a palapa. There is a table for 6 where you can enjoy any meal or play a board game while listening to nature, but if you seek for some time alone, look for the hammock outside.
Conveniently, there is also a laundry room, with a brand-new washer and dryer machine, and a sink with extra storage space for bikes, surfboards, and others. Also you can find space to park two cars on the driveway.
