Our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground floor condo provides a beautiful golf course view. You will be staying at the Grenelefe Golf and Tennis Resort, which features two spectacular courses (designed by Ron Garl and Andy Bean) and is frequented by golfers of all skill levels. We are located 8 miles south of I4 exit 55 on State Route 27.
Grenelefe Community is known for its beautiful country scenery with lots of mature oak trees and is situated right by Lake Marion, which offers great freshwater fishing! Within walking distance from our condo our community offers a swimming pool, hot tub, tennis courts, fitness centre, several fitness trails, arcade, pro-shop, sports bar, restaurant and a small playground with swings and slides (resort charges do apply for the use of some amenities).

It has two bedrooms, both featuring eight foot sliding doors to a gorgeous oversized patio that overlook the golf course. It also has a full bathroom in the master bedroom and a second full bathroom in the main living area.
