Water Access: Guests are allowed to enter the water and use it at their own risk. There is currently no beach, and the water is mucky, so you may sink upon entering. We do intend to have a dock in place for guest use by the summer of 2026. In the interim, there is a nearby public boat launch. If you intend to bring a boat, you will need to let us know in advance. Please do not use the neighboring docks during your stay.

In our commitment to preserving the peaceful atmosphere, we kindly request that our guests refrain from hosting parties, large gatherings, or events on the premises. This policy extends to bachelorette and bachelor parties as well. We understand that some gatherings require a different setting, and we would be delighted to explore alternative accommodations that align with your specific needs. Please note this property is located in a small neighborhood one half mile down a dirt road that ends near the property.
