We're a few minutes away from UVA main grounds, the UVA main hospital, Darden/Law School, and walking distance to the UVA stadium. We also have a shopping center in 2 minutes drive with groceries stores, Starbucks, dinning options, planet fitness and a movie theater.
We are close to route 29 which allows easy access to wineries, shopping, and the beautiful trails in the area. It's about a ten minute drive to Monticello and surrounding vineyards and 30 minutes from Skyline Drive National Park. Our neighborhood is beautiful, quiet and peaceful. We are five minutes away by car to Historic Downtown Charlottesville and the West Main Corridor. Restaurants include Maya, L'Etoile, Bella, Continental Divide, Blue Moon Diner, Orzo, Public Fish & Oyster, Moto Pho and all of the wonderful restaurants on Charlottesville's Downtown Mall: Tempo, Commonwealth and Sky Bar, C&0, Mono Loco, Bang, Downtown Grill and more! The Downtown Mall is also a great place to see a show at the Charlottesville Pavilion, The Jefferson Theater, the Southern Music Hall, Live Arts or The Paramount Theatre.
Local attractions include historic sites such as Thomas Jefferson's Monticello, James Madison's Ash Lawn Highland, James Monroe's Montpelier and a slew of award winning wineries and breweries.
