Just 5 minutes from major highways, our home offers a perfect blend of convenience and tranquility, featuring a serene creek and a sport court for your enjoyment. Enjoy fresh cherries from our garden and our amazing bird sanctuary, where you can enjoy watching a variety of local feathered friends, from Black-capped Chickadees, Red-breasted Nuthatch, American Robin, House Finch, and Dark-eyed Junco. You can also find a variety of other birds like Woodpeckers, Jays and Crows, Blackbirds, Sparrows and our favorite - the hummingbird! This property is ideal for families, groups, and those seeking a peaceful getaway.
The owner resides in a separate, independent accessory dwelling unit (ADU) with its own full kitchen, bathroom, living room, terrace, and private entrance and exit from the back. This ensures complete privacy for guests, allowing for a comfortable stay. We look forward to welcoming you!
