Silver Lake Cottage is tucked away at the end of a serene half mile long gravel driveway with two other year-round cottages. The space was originally developed in the 1960's as a family's summer cottages. The land on both sides of the cluster of three homes is undeveloped, so you'll be surrounded by bountiful nature while enjoying your Up North vacation!
Guests will enter through a contactless keypad lock, and have access to the entire house and beach front throughout their stay.
Silver Lake Cottage was completely renovated in 2021, and is stocked with all new furniture, appliances, and linens. The decor is intentionally simple and bright, and stocked with everything you'll need to enjoy your Up North vacation! The home features two bedrooms on the main level; one with a queen bed, and the other with a full-over-full bunkbed, with a trundle below. There is a third "bedroom" on the lower level, with a queen size murphy bed. The lower level has it's own full bathroom, and a separate entrance, making it ideal for in-laws, or a second family.
The home is situated on a half acre lot, with dozens of undeveloped acres surrounding it. If you're looking for a quiet, peaceful retreat that's close to all the action, look no further!
There is plenty of onsite parking in the driveway. Downtown Traverse City is about 15 minutes by car.
