The space
Newly built, this gorgeous four-bedroom home is located four minutes stroll away from the Baker’s Beach entrance of Playa Guiones. Walk with your children to the pleasant tidepools and your surfboard to the world-class waves!
After a day at the beach, rinse off in one of the two outdoor showers before entering the sliding glass doors. Downstairs, you’ll find a well-equipped open-concept kitchen with all that you need to prepare delicious tropical food from the comfort of your home. Or fire up the grill in the outdoor kitchen and enjoy a poolside cocktail! Experience your meals at the custom-made guanacaste dining table indoors, or alfresco at the round outdoor dining table where you can enjoy the jungle breezes. After a day at the beach, you can sink into the cozy L-shaped couch and relax with a movie night on the 75-inch TV. Both of the interior bedrooms are designed as flexible sleeping spaces with floating bunk beds. One of the bedrooms has a queen sized bed, and the other has a twin with a trundle bed.
