A convenient location in Costa Ballena, this home is 10 minutes to many of the most beautiful beaches in the area, 10 minutes to Uvita Town, and 10 minutes to the famous restaurants in Ojochal Town.

You can see most of the major types of wildlife that people want to see in Costa Rica from the terrace. Watch from the terrace and outdoor entertainment area as beautiful tropical birds fly by and land at eye level in the nearby trees, with the ocean views in the background. Birds like scarlet macaws, toucans, aracaris, green parrots, hawks, etc. It’s amazing! You can also see white face monkeys, howler monkeys, and sloths in the nearby jungle canopy.
