Designed for those who enjoy the finer things in life, there is an abundance of glamour & charm. Featuring 10ft ceilings, wrap around front porch, custom kitchen, clawfoot tub, & so much more! The owner spared no expense, the backyard is truly an oasis with turf, hot tub, & saltpool

The Bungalow at 2nd St is Lexington's hidden Gem. Located in the heart of downtown, this beautifully restored bungalow features all the modern-day amenities, while being surrounded by luxury, charm, and convivence.
First Floor:
- Upon entry, guests will be greeted by beautifully restored heart pine floors, grand piano and formal sitting area. As you walk to the rear of the property, guests will enter into the dining room that seats 8. Off the dining room is our cozy living room with a Smart TV, sectional, and all the attitude needed for those who enjoys the finer things in life.
- Our first floor features a bathroom off the kitchen with clawfoot tub and shower, guest bedroom with an antique full bed and custom kitchen stocked with all that a guest could desire.
Second Floor:
- Features a large loft style bedroom with King Bed, Smart TV, custom tiled shower and walk in closet.
Exterior:
- The owner spared no expense when it came to the landscaping.
- The front features a wraparound porch, seating area and large driveway.
- The backyard is truly an oasis with custom saltwater lap pool, hot tub, large patio/bar area, grill, turf and custom landscaping.
