Surfside Beach is wide & clean with plenty of open space. Our property is the 3rd home from the Atlantic and where Ocean Blvd is closest to the waves. The neighborhood is refined with many permanent upscale residences. Our home (yes, home as we bring our family & friends here, too) is an independent house with private pool, grounds & decks. We are the original 'Little Pink House' in Surfside.
We have been with VRBO for 19+ years (when VRBO was truly VRBO) and prefer to deal with guests directly. (We also have a 2BR oceanfront across the street, VRBO #4224270). Crazy changes make it difficult to ensure you are getting a quality vacation home & we are hosting responsible adults - so inquire 1st. Don't let this site pressure you - ask questions.

Now - a little about our beautiful La Vita Bella that we adore...she is designed for those looking to relax with family. LVB is extremely well maintained, clean (check reviews), spacious & well equipped. Yes, she is a HOME (mom-in-law loves her too).

The Custom in-ground POOL with lounge chairs, grass yard and mature palms that offer a bit of shade in the hot South Carolina afternoons. LVB has 3 porch/balconies: main floor living/dining room (beautifully furnished & impeccably maintained) access overlooking pool yard with Ocean views; Upstairs Master BR balcony presents both Ocean and Fabulous Southern sky views - night & day! Plus a porch facing the lightly trafficked side street. With only about 59 Steps to the Beach - La Vita Bella REALLY IS CLOSER to the ocean than many 2nd row homes in Surfside Beach. This home is in a far less dense location than areas north or south, which means more room on the beach.
