The Space

Spend your days and nights on the beautiful rooftop terrace with ocean and mountain views! Gaze at the ocean or spot howler monkeys on the mountainside. Guests access the rooftop terrace from right inside the unit. Private and expansive, it features a comfortable conversation set as well as a propane BBQ and dining area.
On the main floor, the condo has an updated kitchen space with ample small appliances, breakfast bar seating, a full-sized fridge, and a small stovetop. There’s also dining for 4 and a covered terrace that can be accessed from the living space and the principal bedroom. The bedroom has a comfy Queen bed, TV, and ample closet space. The condo comes equipped with all linens including beach towels, bath towels, and bedding. There is wifi throughout the condo, as well as in the common pool areas.
Please note that with rooftop views comes a bit of a climb. This unit is accessed via a staircase and is, unfortunately, not suitable for those with mobility issues.

Coco Sunset Hills is a sprawling gated community with 6 amazing pools, beautiful landscaping, and lots of parking. This complex is just a short walk to two large plazas (Pueblito Norte and Pueblito Sur) that are home to many fantastic restaurants, a coffee shop, a grocery store, a day spa, a medical office, and more! You’ll find many, many more restaurants as well as shops and 3 large grocery stores in Downtown Coco, just a 10-minute walk from your door.
Playas del Coco is just a 25-minute drive from Daniel Oduber Quirós international airport in Liberia. Several supermarkets, fruit vendors, and more restaurants, bars, and shops to count. Enjoy a walk along the beach boardwalk or stroll the beach from point to point for a 3km walk. Many scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Coco. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, and mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours. Playas del Coco is the perfect home base for an amazing Costa Rican vacation!
