Our property is perfect for couples and small families. Bring your boat, beach chairs, surfboard, and walking shoes!
We are on a secluded lot with a small farm behind the home.
Relax on the back deck underneath a pergola after a day of playing and exploring Topsail Island.
The Sun Dog is 2 miles from the beach and intracoastal waterway (not walking accessible).
We offer a quiet, peaceful oasis while still close to all the amenities Surf City has to offer.
We invite you to take a walk across the Surf City Bridge for amazing views of the sunrise and sunset, the best view of the island, ocean, and waterway.
We offer a nice seating area with 2 love seats and a recliner with a 40-inch flat-screen television with streaming apps. We have also included a Bluetooth speaker for you to use to stream your favorite music while relaxing.
Our 2 bedrooms offer a queen bed and a double bed with lots of pillows. We have provided linens, extra pillows, and blankets.
The bathroom is supplied with towels, washcloths, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner for your convenience. We have a shower and bathtub for your use.
Our kitchen is stocked with cookware, cookie sheets, a Keurig. We have plates and cups, wine glasses, cooking and eating utensils. We also offer a dishwasher with dishwasher tabs.
It is a perfect retreat for couples and families. Room to let the children run and play after a fun day on the water.
You have 2 outdoor sitting areas with a charcoal grill for relaxing.
The front porch is perfect for southern nights with a nice evening breeze. The back patio is perfect for morning coffee and evening grilling.

There are public boat landings within a few miles where you can launch your boat, kayak, or canoe.
Surf City has many amenities including many restaurants, ice cream shops, food trucks, grocery stores, breweries, live music, jet ski rentals, sunset cruises, several parks, and putt putt for the kids. There are jet ski, surfboard, paddle board, and boat rentals down the street along with a sunset cruise right in Surf City.
