This stunning four-season chalet in the quiet, five-star gated community of Big Bass Lake is a new rental. Be some of the first guests to sleep in the new linens, new bunks, relax on the new pull-out couch and enjoy our house as much as we do. This house will only get better as we upgrade it into our dream home and rental. This is a peaceful location for families, groups of friends, and couples looking for a quiet getaway or a kid-friendly retreat.
First Floor:
Great Room:
The LR/DR room boasts a beautiful, wood-burning fireplace to unwind as well as a 65 inch SMART TV – Wifi, Netflix (use your own account), and apps provided. Solid wood dining table for family dinners, cathedral ceilings and a wall of gorgeous windows.
Fully equipped kitchen with gas stove/oven to make a big breakfast and comfort meal with family. All pots, pans and essential kitchen utensils are provided. You’ll also have a dishwasher after that big meal! There’s also four seats at the breakfast bar.
Master Bedroom has a king bed, en-suite bath, romantic gas fireplace, private deck with sliders, a standing desk to “work from home” and a walk-in closet.
Four season room has a brand new queen-sleeper-sofa, TV, games, and sliders to the deck.
Washer and dryer on the first floor.
Second Floor:
Second Bedroom has a king bed, crib and huge closet.
Third Bedroom has two sets of brand-new bunk beds. We have additional high bedside rails for added safety on the top bunks.
All linens and towels are provided.
Loft space with reading nook and glider.
Full bathroom with shower stall.
For kids: pack-and-play, crib and linens, booster seats and highchair onsite. We have cards and board games for game night (big kids too), toys and more! It’s a perfect place for families to vacation together.
Outdoors:
Expansive outdoor deck with table and chairs as well as a propane grill, deck chairs with a great view of nature and the large, quiet front property. Behind the house, there is room to relax on a hammock or play some games.
Additional daily passes are required to use the amenities.
Daily Passes = weekdays $8, weekend and holidays $10 (per day, per person). Weekly Passes = non-holidays $30, holiday week $50 (per week, per person)
Guest access:
Guests will have full private access to the house. Big Bass Lake has several amenities.
Lake, beach, fitness center, heated indoor pool (closed in the summer), heated outdoor pool, splash pad, playground, tennis, pickleball and basketball courts, clubhouse, sledding hill, canoe/kayak rentals and daily fishing passes.
We just provided four pickle ball paddles and balls at the house so you don’t need to rent!
Other things to note:
Big Bass Lake Community only allows for a maximum of nine guests at the house, regardless of age (infants included).
No guests are allowed during your stay. The maximum number of people at the house must be under the nine person limit. All guests must be listed on your original registration or you will charged a fee.
This is NOT a party house, nor is the community. Loud parties and big groups are discouraged and will almost certainly be issued a community ordinance. That should not scare off a fun-family vacation with kids and those seeking a relaxing getaway with friends and/or family.
Speed limit of 25mph is STRICTLY enforced.
