* This is a newly (2/21) renovated property with new furnishings. We want our guests to enjoy the space. We also want our neighbors to be happy with our property being used as a short-term rental. This property is NOT a party house and guests/you are required to be respectful of neighbors and keep the noise level down, especially between the hours of 9pm-8am. We look forward to hosting you!

PET POLICY
Our property is pet-friendly, and house-trained dogs are welcome to stay with prior approval! We charge an additional $45/ pet fee, which will be added to your total cost. If you have more than 1 pet coming along it will be charged to your Airbnb account upon check in via the resolutions center within the booking platform. Please let us know if you plan to bring a pet before arrival.
