Positive: Front desk staff was exceptional! Brian did not hesitate to make sure my every need was either met, or find a way to make it right. He switched my room the moment I shared the issue with it. To me, it appears the staff is empowered to be sure guests have a good experience.

Negative: The pool was closed for maintenance/reno. I had chosen this location over others bc I looked forward to getting in that form of exercise. My first room was musty (Brian switched my room when I made him aware). Some aspects need attention, like table at breakfast, carpet on stairs, finish coming off of tubs, spider webs on ceiling in workout room, empty hand sanitizer and water in workout room. It’s the little things at Marriotts that go a long way.
