Remodeled southern bungalow with a modern twist. 3 large! bedrooms, all with private en suite full bathrooms and walk in closets, and climbing walls to lofts in the 2 upper bedrooms. 4 full bathrooms and a great! full kitchen and attached family room with high ceilings and lots of light. Large in ground pool in back yard and large deck. Fabulous front porch with lots of room to sit and drink sweet tea and watch the world go by. The house is located within the City Schools of Decatur boundary! Live here and send your kids to the great local schools. (Pool is open for swimming from late April to early October). We use the house ourselves when working in Atlanta in the film Industry so the house is fully stocked with everything to make a long term stay comfortable from a kitchen stocked with all the tools for the home chef to board games for fun family evenings. Amazing freshly remodeled (new in 2020) 2nd floor, new front porch, new everything in front of house and new HVAC, on demand water heaters. Completely brand new expansive back deck with bare feet comfortable Duradek flooring and a dry! patio below with new door at pool level from house w/new poolside landscaping and resurfaced pool deck in 2023 and new pool liner in 2025. Bi weekly maid service included in rental.
