Come and stay at our fruit farm. Our property is located 20 minutes from la fortuna surrounded by rivers , waterfalls , views of the volcano and many adventures.
Wake up to the sound of the macaws that often visit our farm, see the baby sloth that lives in our lemon trees and enjoy delicious fruit and veggies grown right in our property.
The space
The farm is about 4 acres large, we have about 500 lemon trees, a couple hundred plantain plants and a variety of fruit trees. We are located next to the canal where our town gets there electricity from. The property has a large main house with a wrap around porch, the iguana cabin to the right of it and the macaw cabin to the left side of the property. We also have another house (sloth house) located in the back of the property for a more private location.
The sloth house has a large open concept kitchen and living room. 1 bedroom downstairs with a queen size bed and a large loft with a full size bed and two individual twin beds (the loft is not ideal for small children due to safety policies) the home has a full bathroom downstairs and a large porch on both sides with an outside shower. Our home is surrounded by nature and it’s meant to unplug, the house does not have a TV but it does have WiFi.
The cabin does have a Costa Rican style washer and a clothes line outside.
Other things to note
The farm has two cats on the property and 3 very friendly dogs that might follow you everywhere you go. Also a parakeet that talks and starts calling out for the owner early in the morning. Incase you think it’s a child calling for its mom. It’s just our green parakeet
