Summary: This place is picturesque and has potential, but the staff was inattentive and seemed bothered when we asked for anything. We had to search the grounds for someone to come to check us in. The bartender wasn’t around for at least the first 20 mins of happy hour. We were told a lot of things were not done properly (room cleaning) or not working (hot tub) b/c of electricity issues (to be fair, it is rainy season and there were thunderstorms each night and it sounds like they were working off generator power). The restaurant was good, but wasn’t advertised as plant-based when booking. Our waitress the first night was great, but the second night we got someone else who wasn’t very present. Free Friday AM yoga was a nice touch. If they could staff this place with workers who were actually present, more inviting, and willing to accommodate, it would be off the charts in reviews!
