Included in your stay are all the resort-style amenities at "Seawinds Condominiums" such as the oceanfront pool deck, club room with a kitchen, private beach access to the "No-Drive" beach, and one assigned parking space. There is availability for up to one additional vehicle in the unassigned lot but availability there is not guaranteed. The oceanfront pool is heated seasonally in the Winter for added comfort.
Directly across the street from Seawinds Condominiums is a Publix which is the perfect spot for groceries and beach necessities. In the same plaza as Publix is a Beall's outlet, Dollar Tree, a Chinese restaurant, Sunrise Grill and Pizza, and a 7-11. Also directly across the street is a Dunkin' Donuts. Unless you are booking on AirBNB, we will need a copy of your photo ID and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee never refundable in the event of a cancellation.
