Positive: friendly staff, I could use kitchen area of partner hotel (where the interner was good) matress relatively new, not worn close to sabana park, very central good neighborhood (I know CR for 15 years)

Negative: unfinished apartment, piece of furniture unfinished. other furniture old and significant signs of wear shower head super low (about 1.70mts/ 5'7"), I had to bent my knees AND lower my upper back and head (I'm 1.96m/ 6'5") SLOW and unsteady INTERNET in apartment synthetic bed linen., plastic protection layer didn't fit matress, disattach/ curls up when sitting, laying down => uncomfy Area between house entrance and apartment entrance full of construction material, a part of the way was over some concrete tiles, embedded in uneven lawn (not works for rollable luggage) thick dust on few surfaces

Summary: friendly, central but unfinished and worse than pictures
