Within minutes from the world class ski resorts, Olympic Park, and historic downtown. A paved trail is also behind the complex and connects to Park City and Jeremy Ranch for biking/hiking. The condo is located within walking distance to Park City Outlets, Whole Foods, and is on the free High Valley Transit bus route.
This 2-bedroom 2-bath condo can accommodate up to six people comfortably. The recently remodeled condo has a fully stocked kitchen, and all appliances are brand new.
You will have full access to all the Powderwood community amenities during your stay. This includes: hot tub (open all year), pool (open Memorial Day to Labor Day), lighted tennis courts, volleyball court, BBQ and picnic areas, clubhouse with a weight room, and access to the walking trail.
An assigned covered parking space is available with an additional uncovered space.
Please note, there is not elevator access, and this condo is located on the second floor.
