QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD,

The house as two-story , three bedrooms, out side the porch there is a small garden, anda behind the house there is a garden and fruit trees, in the second floor there is a small balcony, you can be in any area of the house. any area I live with 4 cats and a very sweet dog, my job is to make organic soaps, I like to receive people with whom to share in a respectful, fluid, communicative way. 5 minutes away there is a mini super market, there is a kindergarten next to the house, it is safe to walk to the center of the city, it is 20 minutes and by car it is 5 minutes, there are restaurants, cafeterias, a museum, and many beautiful beaches , 45 minutes by car, or one hour by bus, there are buses to different beaches, the weather is hot but there is wind.
the room has two large windows, it is very bright, cool at night, hot during the day but there is a fan. there is a rustic desk, a sofa, there is full internet, teres is hot water in the shower and you will have your keys to the room and the house.
If the stay is for a week or more and you need to use the washing machine, it has an additional cost of 5 dollars for each setting, and if you need to cook every day, twice a day, it has an additional cost of 4 dollars a day, if due to lack of care or not following those that are delivered on the day of entry, you must bear the cost of the damage.
