Set amongst coconut and palm trees, and with splendid rooftop pacific ocean views, Courtyard Villa #7 is just the perfect place to escape the stresses of everyday life. The complex is an intimate, 10-unit complex, showcasing Moroccan architecture, Mediterranean stucco, and columns, arches, tile, stonework, and carved teak beams throughout. The gardens are professionally landscaped and maintained and are alive with tropical flowers, plants, and trees.
The Courtyard Villas are located in a quiet, safe, and low-density residential neighborhood of oceanfront estates and elegant condos. There’s green space in the courtyard as well as around Villa #7, providing a home to howler monkeys, tropical birds, and iguanas. Our Villa has a private pool, sun terrace (with sun chairs), shaded seating/dining area's (fully furnished) and a fully private covered front porch. For your convenience, there is a dedicated parking slot right outside the door to the development.
This is a luxurious residence in every respect. Totally renovated. The furnishings and décor are tasteful and of high quality. The Venetian-stucco walls, teak moldings, and doors, cast stone floors, and ceilings planked in tropical hardwoods combine to fashion a wonderfully warm and welcoming vacation home.
Inside, Courtyard Villa #7 is air-conditioned throughout, with beautiful Venetian stuccoed walls -all making for a cool sanctuary when it gets a bit too hot! The villa comprises three evenly sized bedrooms all with en-suite/adjacent shower bathrooms and luxury fittings. All bedrooms have excellent views. To complement the Mediterranean look and feel of this Villa, there are beautiful Turkish rugs, throws, and cushions throughout.
The villa layout is as follows: The front door entrance area leads to the living room along with the dining area consisting of a stunning Natural Edge Guanacaste dining table with 2 benches large enough to seat eight. In the living room, there is a cherry wood entertainment center with a 55” smart TV along with a full-size comfortable sofa, love seat and hand-polished locally harvested mango wood coffee table. This villa has cable TV (including many English language channels) and secure fiber-optic high-speed WiFi internet.
The full-sized eat-in modern kitchen is just off to the left of the living room. The kitchen has all the amenities you would expect including an under-counter mounted reverse osmosis water filter, coffee maker, blender, toaster oven, double door refrigerator/bottom freezer, and dishwasher. There is a breakfast area, which seats four. Down the hall is a full-size washer dryer. The master bedroom suite is just beyond with a private entrance.
The master bedroom has been furnished with a custom made king size bed along with an intertwined handwoven Hemp King Sized headboard framed with a cherry wood finish along with two matching cherry wood night tables with separate wall mounted lamps. In one corner sits a chest of drawers with a cable equipped TV. There is ample storage space with a king-sized closet. This bedroom has direct access onto a shaded and private terrace leading out to the pool. This is the perfect spot for a quiet cup of coffee, or even to read a book.
In the master bath, there is a full-sized walk-in shower with sunroof along with double vanity.
With the Ground floor master bedroom suite leading out to the pool, our villa is suitable for even those with reduced mobility.
Off the living room is a set of stairs leading up. Upstairs, is a landing area leading to two bedrooms. On the left is one bedroom with a queen-size bed and a private bathroom. Closets offer plenty of storage. This bedroom has a private balcony overlooking the courtyard.
The third bedroom has a queen-size bed along with built-in drawers and closets along with a full-size en-suite bathroom. This room overlooks the courtyard. There is a sitting area with two chairs and a center table. Oversize closets offer ample storage space.
Outside the two upstairs suites is a staircase leading up to a rooftop terrace. On the roof, we have a plunge pool and sitting area along with Cana Brava sunblock overhangs. Ocean views can be enjoyed on the terrace along with the sunsets Playa Langosta is famous for.
Our villa is situated about 75 meters from the Pacific Ocean. Playa Langosta is private and the views are stunning. It is also a surfer’s paradise. We are also situated walking distance to several restaurants, cafes, sports bars, and pantry markets. You will find everything from Pizza to Ice Cream Parlors. This area is perfect for when you want to be sociable, or for the kids to make/meet friends. Of course, we are also a 10-minute walk to all of the beaches, restaurants and nightlife Tamarindo has to offer.
The Courtyard Villas is a private gated community with 24/7 security.
