The master bedroom offers a gorgeous water view from the king size bed and has a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower. Across the hallway are two bedrooms with 1 queen and 2 twin beds and a shared bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
The main living area is a fully open concept area including the kitchen, dining area, and living room. The kitchen is filled with stainless steel appliances and a coffee and tea station. The dining table is fit for up to 6 people comfortably. The living room includes a TV, couch, and two electric reclining chairs. The reclining chairs can be rotated to take in the view of the water.
There are two main outdoor areas, a paved patio and a porch. The patio has Adirondack chairs, a firepit, and a grill. Guests can also enjoy the outdoors behind the bug-free comfort of a screened-in porch.
For those seeking to lay out on a beach or go for a swim, a beach is located just around the corner and is only a 2 minute drive.

Kinsale is a rural area of Virginia. The nearest restaurant is approximately 15-20 minutes away in Montross or Warsaw. A food lion is about 20 minutes away but a Dollar General is just down the street next to two gas stations which are less than 10 minutes away. One station has excellent fried chicken, the other has sandwiches & pizza.
There is ample parking at the property. The beach that is nearby is a 5-minute walk or guests can drive and park close by.
