Oasis is a spacious ocean front property with spectacular views and a large swimming pool with 10 foot overflow spa. There is a long pier that goes out over the shallow water and a floating dock that can accommodate up to a 24' boat.

King Bedroom: has private bath and direct access to shared screened in porch, large sitting area with sleeper sofa.

Living Room: 55" Smart TV with Netflix and other apps
Kitchen: Fully stocked kitchen with high end appliances; wine cooler, blender, toaster, coffee maker, microwave oven and refrigerator. Full supply of; dishes, bowls, silverware, stemware, drinking glasses, pots, pans and utensils.
Linens: All sheets, towels and beach towels provided. Iron and ironing board.
Supplies: Dish soap, dishwasher soap, dish sponge, liquid hand soap in bathrooms, propane for grill, one full roll of paper towels, one extra full roll of toilet paper per bath. We do not supply laundry soap.
Outdoor Features: Propane grill, lounge chairs, We no loner supply kayaks. You may rent kayaks locally.
Boat Dockage: 18’ floating dock for boats up to 24’
Parking: Contract is for 2 cars and 1 boat trailer. Please let us know if you need additional parking.

If you cancel less than 90 days before arrival, your payment and any prepaid rent will be refunded only if we are able to procure another rental for that same period. If no rental is procured, you will lose your payment and any prepaid rent, not to exceed the amount of your rental. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival, there will be no refund. If the Florida Keys are closed for weather related or other emergencies for your arrival date, you will be given the opportunity to re-schedule your reservation or receive a refund.
Non-Refundable Damage Deposit Waiver: Instead of charging a security deposit, Host charges a non-refundable $74 damage waiver fee that covers up to $3000 for damage to real or personal property of the vacation rental property as a result of your acts or omissions.
