You will have complete and private access to the upstairs addition of the home and shared use of 24' pool in the back yard. You will enter through the garage and have designated space in the garage for beach chairs, coolers, extra refrigerator space etc. Please close the garage door each time you come and go. The upstairs has 2 bedrooms a living room with an area to eat with a private full bathroom. There is a refrigerator and microwave upstairs. This rental does not have a full kitchen and there is not a place to cook upstairs.
